Nigerian Urban high-life singer and former YBNL artist Adekunle Gold stuns as he sells out his first headline concert at the prestigious 02 Islington London.
The concert dubbed “One Night Stand”, promoted by Smade Events and supported by KLM airlines, saw the incredible singer serenade a female-heavy audience alongside his newly formed band the “79th Element”.
The Uncle Suru collaborator was supported by Mavin Records Di’Ja and UK Afrobeats star Moelogo who joined him on stage for their own collaboration “Only Girl”.
With the UK fans singing every word to all his songs, Adekunle Gold performed hit after hit!
Starting from his last album, he brought excellence to tracks such as Ariwo Ko, Work, and lots more. He then proceeded to premiere his brand new single “Call On Me” to an excited crowd before signing off with the monster hit “Pick Up”.
He was on stage for a total of 90 minutes, and by the time he took his final, deep bow, his fans were begging for more. A stellar night by a stellar performer!!
