British-Nigerian singer, Mo Adeniran, emerges winner of The Voice UK

Mo Adeniran, the 21 year old British-Nigerian singer, has emerged the winner of the 2017 edition of The Voice, United Kingdom.

“After months of stellar performances, battle rounds and public votes, Mo Adeniran was crowned the winner of The Voice UK during Sunday night’s live final,” according to Dailymail UK.

Stunned as the result was announced, Adeniran looked on in shock whilst his mentor, singer and Oscar-winning actress Jennifer Hudson immediately burst into tears of happiness.

This is so Viva Naija! Something to cheer; a story that can truly motivate youths to tap into the greatness within. Thankfully, or let’s say funnily, Mo Adeniran’s name hasn’t been “janded” into something un-Nigerian or un-Yoruba.
