Ogiame! Suooooooooooo!
My king; the ruler of the Ethiope River and all waters; the master of all you survey; son of the great Ginuwa; you who float on water. I greet you and may your rest be ever sweet.
His Royal Highness, Ogiame Atuwatse II, the Olu of Warri has passed away to meet his ancestors after a brief illness. The revered monarch has died at the age of 71 after 28 years of ruling the Itsekiris. He was loved and respected as a good ruler.
Our colours are white and red, and I will honour you, my king.
The old must leave us, but this is heartbreaking all the same.
