The Frankincense Concert to Hold in Lagos, Nigeria

The Courtesy Foundation, a not for profit organization based in the United States, is set to hold a Yuletide Concert themed: ‘The Frankincense Concert’ on the 17th of December 2017 at the Intercontinental Hotel in Lagos, Nigeria.
 
The Frankincense Concert is the first of its kind Classical music Concert that will be headlined by the iconic opera singer, Abiodun Koya. Koya is a foremost and most sought after Classical Singer. The Chanteuse will be delivering the Ultimate Christmas Concert experience ever in Lagos, Nigeria.
Speaking about what guests should expect, Convener of the Concert, Abiodun Koya said “I and my team have packaged this all-inclusive premium lifestyle concert to showcase musical art performances and an interpretation of the beautiful Nigerian culture with a classical expression this yuletide season. We are looking forward to using music to create ambiance that opens expressions of love, warmth and a divine connection in the most remarkable way possible.”
Abiodun also mentioned that she intends to give back to society from the proceeds of the Concert. In her words: “Part of the funds from the sale of concert tickets would be invested in charity. Through The Courtesy Foundation we will provide sustenance for Orphanages and Scholarships for young girls in parts of Nigeria”
Highlights of the event will include a musical performance by The Frankincense Orchestra and Choir as well as the presentation of Awards and recognitions to outstanding Icons. The father of the day is Gen. Olusegun Obasanjo (Rtd), former President Federal Republic of Nigeria.
The Frankincense Concert will pride itself as the ultimate of all concerts in the city of Lagos this December, 2017. It will be bringing together the crème de la crème of the Society, Royalties, Captains of Industries Commerce,  and Music Icons.
