Hmmn, we can authoritatively say we can’t but deem this as speculation…..But, unconfirmed sources report that the Ministerial appointees who got confirmed last week have received already their respective portfolios ahead of the imminent inauguration by Sai Baba. Few surprises, more as expected, if this is true.
