Following reports (arguably from Aljazeera) of Africa’s richest man, Aliko Dangote, being one of the hostages taken by jihadists at the Raddisson Blu Hotel in Bamako, Mali, Bloomberg has reported that Dangote has confirmed to them that he was not one of the hostages. See tweet below:
