I have a policy:
The “badness” of others should not make me bad.
The selfishness of others should not turn me so.
When others take advantage of my kindness or naiveté
And treat me badly when I am true with good intentions
It is their loss; not mine.
I should not change who I am.
I will not change who I am.
At the end, I will say “I held no ills”
Because I believe God and fate judge you by the true intents of your heart.
Forgive; let go.
That’s the way life should flow.
Better days ahead, better things ahead, better people ahead.
Don’t let the evil around you colour your perception of what’s ahead
Tomorrow will be better.
