Saudi millionaire Ehsan Abdulaziz has been cleared of rape, after explaining that he ‘accidentally tripped and penetrated’ a teenage girl.
According to the UK’s Independent the 46-year-old property developer was accused of raping a 18-year-old as she slept on his couch after a night out drinking.
Abdulaziz said that he had already had sex with the 18-year-old’s friend in the bedroom, and his penis may have been sticking out of his underwear when he tripped and fell on the teen, penetrating her.
His semen and DNA was found inside the young woman, but he said that it was from the sex earlier.
“I’m fragile, I fell down but nothing ever happened, between me and this girl nothing ever happened,” he said.
After 30 minutes deliberation, the jury acquitted him
