All hail the newest chief in Ogun State, Amuludun of Odo-Aje, Joseph Olaitan Adenuga Jnr, aka Skepta, the UK-born rapper.
His coming to Nigeria has paid off with more than two ounces of respect from his fellow citizens, fans, and now, from his hometown in Ogun State, Ijebu Ode.

Skepta is the latest celebrity to be conferred with a chieftaincy title, and this time in Ogun state.
According to a twitter handle @maxImeaner who posted photos of the event which took place in Ogun state, the rapper, Joseph Olaitan Adenuga Jnr was given the title of “Amuludun of Odo-Aje.”
The event which took place at Odo-Aje on Wednesday, April 4, 2018, saw the UK born rapper wear the traditional Agbada and was flanked by chiefs from the community.
Skepta’s manager, Grace Ladoja, who is also the daughter of a former Oyo State governor, Rashidi Ladoja, took to Instagram to congratulate the rapper.
