WTH??? Trump orders wall to be built on Mexico border

The Trump Wall: It’s not even a week and I’m sick to my back teeth of Trump. He genuinely wants to build a wall along the Mexico border???? This, 29 years after the Berlin Wall came down? After the Great Wall of China has been defunct since 19-kpiridim? Since Tiananmen Square ended after the brutal killing of a student when the Chinese government tried to squash democracy? What in the name of all that is good and holy is wrong with this man? How can he and his advisers be so myopic? Is it home trouble? Or simply an ego that will not quit??

Whatever it is, I’ll let BBC tell you what happened:

President Donald Trump has issued an executive order for a wall to be built along the southern US border with Mexico.

He also signed an action to strip funds from US cities that are sanctuaries for undocumented immigrants.

Mr Trump said in a TV interview that Mexico would “absolutely, 100%” reimburse the US for his wall.

Building a 2,000-mile wall along the Mexican border was one of his key pledges in the election campaign.

You cut off your nose to spite the national face? Take away funding from hardworking families and city infrastructure because you think certain cities harbour illegal immigrants? And you think illegal immigrants risked life and limb to come sit on welfare? They’re sweeping your streets; cleaning your bathrooms; manning your superstores. They work unsociable hours just so you can turn around and claim bankruptcy so you don’t have to pay them. Four times.

And Mexico will pay? Why? Did they ask for a wall? What’s their own? What is the new president smoking? This ego-maniacal mess on steroids needs to be checked before we end up with a world war on our hands!

The Trump wall matters to the president because he thinks he can bare his gnashers at Mexico. I would be interested to see how any of these rash actions lead to lasting solutions and nirvana for the American people.
